DTSPP Support for Restaurant Digital Transformation

"The Digital Transform Support Pilot Plan" is a support policy of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government from 2023 to 2024 to promote and accelerate the digital transformation of local small and medium-sized enterprises. This plan will reserve HKD 500 million to assist an estimated 8000 small and medium-sized enterprises in digital transformation, improve their operational efficiency and competitiveness, accelerate the process of smart city construction, and benefit people's livelihoods.

1. Small and medium-sized enterprises with little or no exposure to information technology and facing difficulties in digital transformation;
2. Limited funds make it difficult to budget for small and medium-sized enterprises undergoing digital transformation;
3. Small and medium-sized enterprises that lack technological manpower and professional knowledge and have no way to start (even if they have received different funding plans);
4. Registered in Hong Kong under the Business Registration Ordinance (Chapter 310);
5. Not a Hong Kong listed company, statutory body, or non-governmental organization receiving public funding;
6. Have substantial business operations in the following industries ("designated industries") in Hong Kong at the time of application:
-Catering industry
-Retail industry (excluding catering industry);
7. Less than 50 full-time employees
-Excluding part-time employees
-For companies registered under different companies but held under the same parent company, all full-time employees within the company group will be counted and should be less than 50 people. Applicants are eligible to participate in this plan

1. Each eligible small and medium-sized enterprise will receive a maximum subsidy of {HKD 50000};
2. Obtain a complete digital transformation plan consisting of {software and hardware} components;
3. Obtain guidance on supplier digital transformation (plan implementation and actual business training);
